In this space, we honor the necessity of descent—the brave act of turning inward, of facing the dense, stuck, or heavy energy within our inner field. We clear what is no longer ours to carry. We release what was never ours to begin with. In the darkness, we retrieve the lost parts of ourselves. And what is recovered becomes radiant.

This is the work of coming home.

Of returning to your body, your energy, your sovereignty. The more we do this work—the more we attune to our Higher Self, cleanse our field, and ground into truth—the more we begin to live with joy, with purpose, and with love that doesn’t have to be earned.

    If you’re wondering whether you should work with Claire, do it !!
    I was not sure what to expect my first session with her, but I was comfortable the entire time. She encouraged me to [center my awareness in] different parts of my body, build up positive energy, and filter through the toxic shit floating in my body. She guided me through grounding visual meditations that I immediately incorporated in my daily life. She is beyond intuitive and will likely bring up connections that blow your mind.
